Communication & language
The pre-school will give your child the opportunity to listen to stories, songs, rhymes and poems, and then to respond with relevant questions or actions.
Activities will be provided that will promote listening and talking to each other. We provide opportunities for children who have English as a second language, to use their own language.
During a daily circle time activity in the session, children can develop language and listening skills and begin to show an awareness of others and be able to take turns when speaking in a group.
