Personal, social and emotional development
The pre-school will encourage your child to develop confidence and function in a group beyond the family. The focus will be for children to work, play, cooperate with others and function in a group. This will encourage development of personal, social, moral and spiritual aspects in children and an understanding of self and others.
We will encourage to confidently take part in new activities to initiate discussions and contribute ideas, and speak in a familiar group, to manage their personal hygiene with adult support. Your child will learn to share, take turns and play with others whilst playing in the home corner, and throughout all the activities available in a session. Children will develop a respect for their own culture and beliefs and those of others.
